Iggy’s Predictions

“Past performance does not guarantee future success, but it sure is the way to bet!”

  • NFL Conference Championship Games:
    • Pats (+4.5) over Denver. Okay, here me out. After a fast start, Denver has been struggling to put away teams lately, meanwhile the Pats have been putting up a lot of points, especially late in the game. Momentum is with the Pats. So much for logic!
    • Niners (+3.5) over Hawks. Another wild pick, but once again, Seattle may have the number 1 defense, but their offense has struggled to put up TDs, leaving many games closer than they should be. Niners have ridden emotional wins against the Packers in zero degree temperatures, and then a revenge victory over the upstart Panthers. They can play in any conditions right now, and Seattle does not intimidate them. Niners choked in the 4th quarter with 3 giveaways.
    • Last Week:: 0-2 Straight Up, and 0-2 Against the Spread
    • Season:: 163-103 Straight Up, and 128-138 Against the Spread
  • Super Bowl:
    • Seattle (+2.5) over Denver. 2 West coast teams traveling East for a Super Bowl match-up that many have been wanting all season. Denver should win because I picked Seattle. Yeah, I’m good that way! I reserve the right to revise this pick next week!
