Ray Rice and his fiancee are both arrested over a domestic dispute in Atlantic City… T-Sizzle signed to a 4 year salary cap friendly extension, freeing up $5M.

Orioles:
Orioles sign South Korean Pitcher Suk-min Yoon, but he is hung up with Visa issues… Machado practicing, but limited.

Alouettes
Nothing new to report.

Blast:
The Blast (13-3) were off this week, but will play back to back home games this weekend on Friday and Saturday night against Pennsylvania (1-15) and Syracuse (10-7). The Blasts are 1 game behind Milwaukee (14-2), and with no remaining games scheduled against Milwaukee, they will need some help to overtake them in the standings, where the Wave hold a 2-0 season series tie-breaker.
